Welcome.  These are the services provided by Radiant Realty Imagery.  Prices are per property.  Travel fee is applied to distances traveled more than 20 miles total.   I try to deliver photos as soon as possible, but I require a minimum of 3 days.  I may have other clients.  HDR photo shoots may take longer as I shoot a series of photos to merge together.  I require at least 24 hours advanced notice for cancellation.  The best times to shoot exteriors is during a partilly cloudy day, or when the sun in not in the background of the property to be shot.  Many want to schedule high noon for a shoot which is often not the best time, though it depends on which way the property if facing.    I MUST have access and permission to be on the property and to photograph it.   Please have the interiors and exteriors cleaned.  I'm not responsible for cleaning up or moving any unsightly objects, though you are allowing me to do so if I find it necessary to get the best picture.  I will shoot occupied properties, but please have residents out of the way.   All shoots will provide an average of 20 pictures or more, depending on the size.  Rather than saying a strait amount of pictures,  I'll say you will get 2 to 3 angles of each room at least, and outside pics will get as many angles as necessary to cover the property.  Also, pictures remain property of Rob Nelms, your photographer, and  may be used for portfolio, unless discussed otherwise.
